We want you to love your purchase! Unopened and unused items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery.
Returns must arrive at our warehouse by the 30th day to be eligible.

Items must be in original condition to receive a refund.

Handbags must be unused with original tags attached.
Handbag Warranty
If you receive a defective handbag, please notify us within 14 days of delivery.
Claims reported after 14 days are considered normal wear and tear and are not eligible for return.
Approved warranty claims will be replaced with a new item of equal or lesser value.
Items Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us right away.
At our discretion, we may issue a store credit.
If the damaged item is returned, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Price Adjustments
If your item goes on sale within 14 days of purchase, you may request a price adjustment for advertised sales.
Permanent price drops are excluded.
Contact customer service and we’ll apply the difference as a store credit for a future purchase.
Shipping Fees
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
