Dear Customers of Brazil: Immediate notice. While we continue to provide First Class International Mail - NO Tracking, we do this as a courtesy to you. We will no longer refund nor send replacement packages for lost or late shipments that are sent by this method. While we regret this measure, we have incurred too much loss due to the poor service of the Brazil Post. If you choose the cheaper shipping method, First Class, please be advised that we cannot ever track it and as such we cannot give you status updates on where it might be. We will NOT reimburse for any packages sent by this method of transit. We would prefer to remove the NON-tracking, First Class method of shipping, but since so many customers from Brazil have begged us not to, we will not. However, it will be at your own risk.
